As a rotating receptionist, you will cover various shifts, including both day and night.
You will be the first point of contact and the lasting impression for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and impeccable service throughout their stay. Welcoming and assisting guests from arrival through to departure,
Answering phone calls and managing reservations accurately,
Informing guests about stay conditions, services, and local activities,
Handling billing, payments, and various administrative tasks,
Well-groomed appearance, strong service mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills,
Experience in hotel reception, ideally within a high-end establishment,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge
