ARCH & STR BIM Specialist

We are looking for a professional BIM specialist.

?Responsibilities
Develop and refine BIM models in Revit (primary tool) with accuracy and alignment to client standards.
Produce high-quality drawing sets for both DD and CD phases.
Collaborate closely with the client’s team, attending meetings to align goals, resolve conflicts, and coordinate deliverables.
Support the client in BIM process implementation, detecting inconsistencies and optimizing workflows to ensure a smooth transition to CD.

? Qualifications
Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in client-facing roles.
Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and adaptability to dynamic project environments.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
