About the Position:
We are looking for a EHS Plant Manager to join the Ride Dynamics EHS team,
reporting directly to the Sulmona Plant Manager and functionally to the Division EHS Manager.
This position is based at our office in Sulmona (Italy).
As the EHS Plant Managerat Marelli, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and continuously improving the plant's Environment, Health & Safety strategy, ensuring full compliance with applicable legal requirements, corporate standards, and international management systems. The role provides leadership in preventing occupational injuries, illnesses, and environmental impacts while promoting a strong safety culture and supporting operational excellence.
Your Responsibilities will be:
Define and deploy the plant EHS strategy aligned with Corporate objectives and sustainability goals.
Develop annual EHS objectives, targets, and action plans.
