Finance Business Partner Manufacturing
We are looking for a
proactive, business-oriented and result-driven Finance Business Partner
to join our
Finance Business Partnering team
. In this role, you will be partnering with the business to drive performance, support strategic decisions and deliver sustainable financial results.
What You Will Do
- Partner with Operations to translate business strategy into financial targets, plans and actionable initiatives.
- Drive performance management by providing transparency on financial and operational KPIs, identifying opportunities and challenging performance where needed.
- Drives business reviews prioritizing a forward view and acting proactively
- Prepare financial planning and forecasting activities for Operations, including annual target setting and forward-looking business reviews.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions, new initiatives and business cases.
- Own financial performance and reporting, including monthly results, costs, CAPEX and other key operational metrics.
- Ensure strong financial processes and controls, supporting month-end closing, accruals, valuations.
- Contribute to strategic Operations projects, while promoting high standards of compliance, ethics and internal control.
- Other analysis needed by the company.
WHO You Are
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, or a related field;
- 3- 5 years of experience in roles such as Industrial Controller, Financial Controller or similar roles within structured industrial environm
