As our Legal Counsel (Transactional), you'll be the person who independently owns the drafting, negotiation, and strategy for key commercial agreements across all our business lines. Commercial Agreements & Strategic Partnerships – Drafting and negotiating complex B2B agreements across Satispay's business lines, including employer and merchant agreements for corporate welfare and payment services. Technology,
Procurement & Operations – Advising on and negotiating SaaS, technology, procurement, and supplier contracts that keep Satispay running smoothly.
Corporate Welfare Tenders – Partnering with the Tender Manager on legal aspects of procurement processes (gare d'appalto), including reviewing and negotiating contracts and tender documentation.
Legal Operations & AI Innovation – Leading the improvement of contract templates, legal processes, and negotiation automation in partnership with our AI Team.
Legal Background – You hold a degree in law and have at least 8 years of relevant experience in commercial law, complex B2B contracts, and transactional matters across law firms and in‐house teams. Sector Experience – Exposure to fast‐growing, tech‐driven businesses, fintech, or corporate welfare is a strong plus.
