Dolce&Gabbana; offers an exciting career opportunity as Global Collection Merchandiser- WRTW based in Milan. Perform market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and customer expectations.
Analyze product performance, sell-through and collection results to identify strengths, weaknesses and product development opportunities.
Support the preparation of seasonal collection plans and merchandising grids
Participate in defining collection structure,
category architecture and product requests
Collaborate closely with Design and Product teams throughout the collection development process.
Analyze pricing positioning and competitor assortments across different markets.
Support the monitoring of collection performance throughout the season through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Develop reporting tools and collection analyses to support merchandising and design decisions.
Collaborate with HQ Merchandising, Design, Product Team and Visual Merchandising to ensure consistency of product strategy.
Conduct store visits and market research activities to gather product insights and identify emerging trends.
Support the creation of collection-related presentations and seasonal product information.
6+ years’ experience in a similar role within the luxury industry;
University degree in Economics or related fields;
Fluent English;
