When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work As an Income Auditor , you’re not just ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the hotel’s financial transactions – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
- Ensure accurate financial records: Balance and code the previous day’s transactions, preparing daily operating sales and labor summaries
- Verify and audit transactions: Review night audit reports, ensure sales journal accuracy, and analyze all adjustments
- Reconcile banquet revenue: Audit banquet tickets and match them with banquet orders to ensure proper billing
- Monitor financial adjustments: Track and route rebates, miscellaneous charges, promotional tickets, and paid outs
- Maintain recordkeeping: File and archive financial documents in compliance with tax authority requirements




- Collaborate for success: Assist team members and other departments as needed
