The Lead Product Footwear Developer collaborates closely with Design, Technical Design, Product Management, Engineering, Materials Development, Color, Quality, and factory partners to bring innovative footwear concepts to life. This role serves as a key technical leader across the product creation process, building strong cross-functional partnerships, influencing decision-making, and helping ensure products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship, quality, and consumer relevance.

Key Qualifications
Extensive experience in footwear development across the product creation process, from concept through production.
Deep knowledge of upper and bottom construction, lasts, patterns, molds, materials, costing, manufacturing, and quality standards.
Experience working with Italian footwear factories and methods of make.
Proven ability to serve as a technical resource, mentor teammates, and positively influence cross-functional partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with CAD pattern design software.
