What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
Diploma or qualification from a relevant educational institution
Strong commitment and a genuine passion for working as part of a team
A friendly, welcoming, and outgoing personality
Your Responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of the Front Office
Handling reservation correspondence in Italian, English and possibly in German
Welcoming and assisting guests during check-in and check-out
Providing personalized guest assistance and professionally handling guest requests and complaints
Serving as the main point of contact for guests throughout their stay
