Overview
As an IS & Data Project Manager at CELINE, you drive the deployment and enhancement of business solutions across planning, supply chain, and data domains. You will bridge local and central teams with external partners to ensure timely delivery, adoption, and data-driven decision-making. You’ll support continuous improvement in processes and reporting, contributing to a manufacturing transformation at CELINE Production. This role combines project leadership, governance, and hands-on support across global sites, with travel to Italian production sites and Paris.

Responsabilità
- Lead IS and data projects in planning, supply chain, reporting, and process transformation
- Coordinate activities across stakeholders, central teams, and external vendors for timely delivery
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications
- Support implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of planning, supplier collaboration, and reporting applications
- Provide functional end-user support and coordinate issue resolution
- Contribute to process analysis and continuous improvement for efficiency and data quality
- Support reporting/BI needs by structuring requirements and enabling dashboards
- Prepare project, functional, and training documentation and drive change management
- Monitor solution performance, user adoption, and data consistency; propose improvements
- Collaborate with solution providers and integrators on follow-up and roadmap discussions
- Contribute to IS and data governance aligning business priorities with system evolution
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3–5 years in Industrial IS or data project management, preferably in fashion, luxury, manufacturing, or supply chain
- Experience managing or supporting applications related to planning, supply chain, operations, or reporting
- Proven delivery experience with cross-functional stakeholders, external vendors, and change management
- Strong understanding of data, reporting, and BI for decision-making tools
- Experience with Anaplan, Tesi Square, or similar is a strong plus
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels
- Ability to work autonomously and in teams in a dynamic environment
- Fluent in Italian and English; French is a plus
