Overview

Join NVIDIA as a Senior HPC Engineer in the Professional Services group to deploy and support AI Factory infrastructure. You will lead Infiniband networking deployments on Linux-based systems for global customers, acting as the domain expert during planning and rollout. You’ll hand over documentation and transfer knowledge, while feeding feedback to internal teams for improvements. This role blends technical leadership with strong customer interaction to drive large-scale AI and data analytics projects.

Responsabilità

- Deploy, manage and maintain Infiniband networking for AI Factory infra in Linux environments
- Serve as domain expert for customers during planning and implementation




- Produce handover documentation and conduct knowledge transfers
- Provide feedback to internal teams (bugs, workarounds, improvements)

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of in-depth support or deployment of Infiniband networks
- Applied knowledge of Infiniband network troubleshooting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer blockers with limited supervision
- Excellent verbal and written English
