Responsabilità
- Lead global deployment of a standardized function template across regions and units, ensuring regulatory alignment and SAP best practices.
- Drive adoption of SAP S/4HANA functional template with scalable, maintainable configurations.
- Advance SAP Clean Core by promoting standard functionality and controlled extensibility for sustainability and innovation.
- Lead cross-functional teams (business SMEs, IT, SAP, validation, SI) to deliver Value Stream initiatives with measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with Value Stream leaders to design and implement end-to-end processes (P2P, Finance, Manufacturing).
- Build partnerships across business, program, and technical teams to align priorities, scope, timelines, risks, and change readiness.
- Oversee solution design, configuration reviews, data migration validation, testing strategy, and end-to-end walkthroughs.
- Lead validation and testing activities (Functional Testing, UAT) ensuring SDLC and QA/regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate on Change Management and training to drive user readiness and adoption.
- Develop engaging training materials, user guides, and process documentation for regulated users
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum six years of experience.
- Proven experience with end-to-end Value Stream processes in a regulated GxP environment (commercial distribution, serialization, credit management, revenue recognition).
- Experience designing and delivering scalable SAP solutions using Clean Core principles.
- Ability to lead through influence and build cross-functional partnerships across business, technology, compliance, and global teams.
- Knowledge of SAP Make and related SAP technologies; fluent in English.
