/pp This is a hands-on backend engineering role designed for someone who has successfully shipped and operated LLM-powered applications in production.
You will bridge advanced AI capabilities with robust, scalable, and secure backend systems.
We need someone who not only writes clean production code but also brings strong architectural vision, strategic thinking, and the confidence to drive technical decisions in complex environments.
/ppb Role Overview /b /pp As a Software Engineer in the AI team, you will design, write, and operate core backend microservices integrating cutting-edge AI technologies.
You will build production-ready systems, implementing orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines,
evaluations, and guardrails—all while maintaining high standards for security, performance, cost/latency trade-offs, and data governance.

/lilib Backend System Design: /b Write production-grade backend services, applying strong software architecture design patterns and event-driven architectures.
/lilibAI Tooling Orchestration: /b Implement RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, and agentic workflows using the modern AI tooling landscape.
/lilib Security Governance: /b Design system architectures with strict identity, access control, and privacy standards for sensitive fintech data.
/lilib Strategic Collaboration: /b Act as a technical voice in cross-functional discussions, challenging assumptions and aligning engineering implementation with business strategy.
