You will work in the Corporate Compliance team at our Torino office.Your Role and Responsibilities- Implementation and updating of Organizational Management and Control Models pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and support for the activities of the Supervisory Body;- Design and implementation of delegation and power of attorney systems;- Assistance in the design, development, and implementation of Corporate Compliance programs (including but not limited to: health and safety in the workplace pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008; ESG; environmental compliance pursuant to Legislative Decree 152/2006 “Environmental Consolidated Law”,
etc.).Our RequirementsYou fit the profile we are looking for if you are a lawyer with at least five years of post-qualification experience specifically in Corporate Compliance, have fluent English, and a lot of drive. Teamwork attitude, strong relational and communication skills, proactivity, and flexibility complete the profile.
