Job Description

THE MISSION?

- Like Granny's dishes ‍ from our childhood, our cuisine is generous & of the best quality .

In this way, you are responsible for setting up the dishes and respecting the values of Mama. ✨
- You are responsible for the quality of service, storage and cleaning in the kitchen, as well as food storage. ️
- You control and ensure the proper storage of supplies.
- You replace the Chef de Cuisine ‍‍ in case of an absence and you assist them in all of their functions.
- You motivate and supervise the kitchen team.
- You respect hygiene standards and guarantee the proper use of equipment.

1. Gross annual salary: €37,000 – €39,000, depending on experience and skills.
2. Contract: Full-time permanent/fixed-term contract, with the opportunity for permanent employment.
