pstrongSummary /strong /ppJoin our Valtellina Plant and help drive operational excellence and processes in a highly regulated production environment. In this role, you will work closely with Production Supervisors and cross-functional teams to improve processes, enhance efficiency, and support the manufacturing of products that make a meaningful difference in patients' lives worldwide. /ppbr / /ppstrongResponsibilities /strong /pulliPartner with Production Supervisors to identify, prioritize, and implement improvement initiatives emerging from Value Stream Mapping activities. /liliSupport continuous improvement projects focused on reducing waste, minimizing rework, and increasing operational efficiency. /liliSupport production departments in managing EBR events /liliReview batch records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and product quality. /liliManage training activities for the departments, ensuring employees are appropriately trained and qualified /liliPerform procedural updates and continuous improvement of production procedures and work instructions. /liliContribute to maintaining a culture of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing organization. /li /ulpbr / /ppstrongRequirements /strong /pulliBachelor's degree in Engineering (Biomedical, Mechanical...) or Life Sciences (Chemistry, CTF, Biology...)
