This role is key in designing, implementing, and managing robust endpoint security strategies to protect Syensqo’s network and data from sophisticated threats. You will be part of a dynamic team contributing to a major transformation, playing an active role in shaping the group’s future.We count on you to:Develop and maintain a strong endpoint security strategy aligned with company policies and compliance requirements; Define standards and best practices for endpoint protection, detection, and response; Design and implement endpoint security solutions including antivirus, anti-malware, Microsoft Intune, Tanium, and EDR tools; Create and manage endpoint security policies and configurations to ensure consistent security posture and compliance; Monitor endpoint security tools and lead incident response activities for endpoint-related threats (investigation, containment, eradication, and recovery); Conduct regularvulnerability assessments on endpoint devices and coordinate remediation efforts with IT teams; Drive training and awareness programs to promote secure endpoint usage across the organization; Collaborate with cybersecurity and IT teams to maintain a cohesive and effective security strategy; Report onendpoint security posture, incidents, and continuous improvement initiatives to senior management.You will bring:A degree in Computer Science, Information Security,
or a related field. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM are a plus; At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong focus on endpoint security architecture and engineering; Deep knowledge of endpoint security technologies (antivirus, EDR, anti-malware), operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, iOS), and endpoint management tools (Intune, Tanium); Familiarity with SIEM systems and vulnerability management tools; A strong understanding of current threat landscapes and attacker techniques (TTPs); Excellentanalytical, problem-solving, and incident management skills; Great communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and explain complex issues clearly; A collaborativemindset, team spirit, and a strong sense of accountability.You can count on us to:Involve you in a once-in-a-lifetime transformation journey; Welcome you into a passionate, fast-paced, and committed IT & cybersecurity team; Encourageyou to shape and strengthen our security culture while having fun doing it; Give you opportunities to grow, take ownership, and make an impact across the organization.You will benefit from:A competitive salary and comprehensive social benefits. The Italian annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $62,080 to $77,600. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience,
qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include premio and/or other incentive. The primary location for this job is Italy; however, it may also bebased in other countries.
