Key Responsibilities

- Provide end-user support (Level 1 and basic Level 2) via ticketing system
- Install, configure and troubleshoot Windows client devices
- Manage user accounts and permissions (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes (users and devices)
- Configure and support mobile devices (iOS and Android)
- Maintain IT documentation and knowledge base
- Support and guide junior Help Desk resources on daily activities
Requirements (Must-have)
- 3 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 (user management, basic administration)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory (users, groups, password reset)
- Experience using a ticketing system
- Good communication skills with end users
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks
- Based in Genoa area
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Level 2 support activities
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
- Experience with device deployment tools

Prioritize xlwpduy candidates who:
- Have real hands-on Help Desk experience (not only internship)
- Have already worked with Microsoft 365 administration
- Show exposure to Level 2 activities (even partial)
- Are used to working with ticketing systems
Exclude candidates who:
- Have only academic background with no real support experience
- Do not have practical exposure to Windows troubleshooting
- Do not have any experience with Microsoft 365 or AD
