pbSupply Chain Manager - Satellite Space /b /ppbr/ppbLocation - Turin, Italy /b /ppbr/ppbContract type: Freelance B2B /b /ppbr/ppWe’re looking for an experienced Head of Supply Chain to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain for an innovative organisation operating within the satellite and space sector. Where you would be involved with next-gen development of satellite manufacturing. /ppbr/ppThis is a senior role overseeing the flow of materials, components and finished products across the entire lifecycle from supplier and internal stock through inspection, production, storage and final delivery. We’re looking for a strong supply chain professional with experience managing complex, technical products and components across multiple stages of the supply chain. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliLeading the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, from material sourcing through to delivery of completed products. /liliManaging the flow of raw materials, components and units from suppliers and internal inventory. /liliOverseeing material inspections and quality processes to ensure components meet required standards. /liliManaging logistics, including the storage, movement and delivery of goods. /liliWorking closely with production planning to ensure materials and components are available when required.
/liliCoordinating the integration of components and subsystems into larger satellite systems. /liliOptimising supply chain processes, inventory and material flow to support efficient production. /liliSupporting the development and delivery of satellite subsystems, working closely with engineering and production teams. /liliTaking ownership of supply chain performance, ensuring materials and products move efficiently throughout the organisation. /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliSenior-level experience in Supply Chain, Logistics or Operations. /liliExperience managing material flows across suppliers, internal stock, production and delivery. /liliStrong understanding of inventory, logistics, warehousing and material management. /liliExperience working within a technical engineering, manufacturing or aerospace/space environment. /liliExperience working closely with production and engineering teams. /liliStrong organisational, leadership and stakeholder-management skills. /liliAn understanding of complex component integration and technical product lifecycles. /li /ulpbr/ppIf you have the relevant experience within the space satellite sector and are keen on exploring a new and exciting project, please apply immediately. /p
