**Job Description Summary**:
The position will be responsible for all the activities related to Offers, Tenders and Awarded Tenders. In detail, he/she will be in charge of: - Management of negotiations and requests for offers for public bodies on the MEPA platform
- Execution of offers for all of Italy
- Ensure an efficient pricing process through the updating and cleaning of system prices
- Management of price discrepancies on the order portal to avoid manual orders.
- Refer to the Manager on the performance of his/her duties
- Examination of specifications contained in tenders assigned by the Manager
- Provide for setting up technical, administrative and economic documentation needed in tenders under his/her responsibility
- Check the produced tender documents, as to the completeness and compliance with tender specifications, in collaboration with the supervisor or other colleagues
- Ensure compliance with the time limit for the submission of tender documents.
- Forward to the commercial divisions documentation related to the Safety Standards dictated by customers for the proper execution of supplies
- Ensure the follow-up of the assigned and executed tenders, in order to communicate final results
- Insert the "pricing" data in SFDC and updating it for any change
- Check the consistency of price / discount / volume / client data on BI, SAP SFDC systems where necessary

- SALESFORCE and SAP proficient
- Business professional level of English
- Advanced level of Excel
- Confident with reports handling
