What We Are Looking For?

We are looking for a resource for our team, with a Degree in Engineering, with a background in mechanical, civil, energetic, chemical or management. The candidate will support our Project Manager, especially with the monitoring of the development and progress of the project. In particular, the resource will monitor deadlines and costs, but also verify safety and quality of the work, interface with subcontractors and suppliers, working with other company departments and external businesses. We appreciate a very strong motivation to build a career in project management, especially in the industrial field. Previous work experience, even short-term, will be considered a plus.

Planned Activities

- Analyses project estimates, with the goal of defining budget, forecasting costs,



working hours and quantity
- Supports the PM in coordinating internal interfaces in various company departments (Engineering, Production, Purchasing, Quality, Legal)
- Participates actively in meetings for the project’s coordination, either internal, with clients or other external interfaces
- Manages and archives standard project management documentation (contracts, correspondence and variations)
- Verifies technical and economical alignment of demands and subcontractors
- Interfaces daily with suppliers to monitor order status and forecast delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

- Problem solving
- Availability for frequent work missions (UE)

Desired Skills

- Good level of knowledge of a second foreign language
- Short work experience in the field
