We are looking for Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

- Support daily and administrative activities.
- Answer emails and telephone calls and communicate with clients.
- Organize documents, invoices, appointments and basic records.
- Enter and update information using Microsoft Office or similar software.
- Assist colleagues with scheduling, filing and general office tasks.

Requirements

- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and reliability.
- Previous administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
- Basic Italian language skills are required; English is a plus.

Working Conditions

- Full-time position.
- Monday to Friday, daytime working hours.
