This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Roster - Investigator Consultant based in Italy.
The Investigator Consultant will join a roster of independent professionals supporting preliminary assessments and investigations into allegations of employee misconduct.
The role involves planning and conducting complex, sensitive investigations with a strong focus on impartiality, confidentiality, integrity, and evidence-based conclusions.
You will assess allegations, gather and analyze documentary, physical, financial, operational, and digital evidence, and conduct interviews with relevant individuals.
You will develop investigation strategies, maintain comprehensive case records, and produce high-quality reports that support informed decision-making.
The position also involves applying digital forensic techniques and advanced investigative tools while ensuring evidence remains reliable, accurate, and legally admissible.




You will work independently while following recognized international investigative standards and applicable organizational policies and procedures.
This consultancy offers the opportunity to contribute specialized investigative expertise across assignments involving complex, high-priority, and sensitive matters.

Accountabilities:
Plan, design, and conduct independent investigations into allegations involving violations of policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, rules, and regulations.
Ensure investigations are thorough, timely, impartial, independent, and conducted with the highest standards of integrity.
Develop investigation strategies, including defining parameters, timelines, investigative approaches, and appropriate tools.
Collect, preserve, study, and analyze documentary, physical, financial, operational, and digital evidence relevant to each case.
Conduct interviews with complainants, witnesses, and subjects while maintaining accurate records of testimony
