Role Description
The Front Desk Clerk (W-2 Contract) at Jubilee Scholars is an on-site position based at USAG Italy's Army Community Service (ACS), in Caserma Vicenza, Italy. The position is Tempo pieno (36 hours per week) with benefits, Overtime is not authorized. Expected work hours are 0800 – 1700 (1 hour is for lunch), Monday through Wednesday and Friday; and 1300 – 1700 Thursday. U.S. Federal holidays and installation closure days are observed. The contract is for 10 months with a possible extension of services up to 4 years.
Day-to-day tasks include providing front desk customer service; ensuring professional, efficient, and courteous assistance to all customers, managing inquiries, directing customers to appropriate offices, maintaining essential tracking systems, and meeting standards of performance. The position requires consistent availability during agreed-upon working hours and a commitment to reliable, high-quality service. Uniform shirts will be required with business casual attire. Must present a neat and well-groomed appearance and professional behavior. Must be cleared for military base entry, successfully complete training requirements, and complete additional duties, as needed.
Pay: FT, $16.23 per hour, paid bi-weekly, with benefits
