We are currently searching for a Senior Software Developer to join our
international team in Rome and work on a tempo pieno, permanent position with a

The Senior Software Developer is a key member of the ECLIPSE Product Development
team, responsible not only for delivering high-quality software but also for
providing technical leadership across the development lifecycle. The role
combines hands-on software engineering with solution design, mentoring,
technical decision-making, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
The Senior Software Developer works closely with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and
stakeholders to shape the technical direction of the ECLIPSE suite of products.
Responsibilities
* Lead the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of complex software
features and components.
* Design scalable, maintainable, and secure technical solutions aligned with
product and architectural goals.
* Take ownership of significant functional areas, ensuring long-term quality
and maintainability.
* Review code, establish coding standards, and promote engineering best
practices.
* Mentor and support other developers through coaching, pair programming, and
technical guidance.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads, QA, and stakeholders to
translate business requirements into technical solutions.
* Lead technical investigations, proof-of-concepts, and evaluation of new
technologies and tools.
