ppDescrizione dell’offerta di lavoro /p h3About the Role /h3 pWe are seeking a passionate Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate the design, engineering, procurement, delivery, and assembly of complex construction machinery for the civil works industry at worldwide level. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage end-to-end project lifecycle for construction machinery projects: from concept, design, and engineering to delivery and assembly. /li liCoordinate with internal engineering teams, equipment suppliers, fabrication partners, and logistics providers. /li liDevelop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules. /li liEnsure the design and engineering comply with technical standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements. /li liOversee procurement and delivery of machine components and systems. /li liSupervise on-site assembly and commissioning activities in collaboration with technical teams. /li liIdentify and mitigate project risks and ensure timely resolution of technical issues. /li liServe as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and reporting throughout the project. /li liEnsure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) protocols during all project phases. /li liDrive continuous improvement in project execution, documentation,
and stakeholder engagement. /li /ul h3Qualifications and Experience /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related technical field. /li li3+ years of experience in project management related to construction machinery or large mechanical/equipment systems, preferably in the civil works or infrastructure sector. /li liStrong organizational and leadership skills, with attention to technical and contractual detail. /li liProficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and standard engineering tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) is a plus. /li liPMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus. /li liExcellent communication skills in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Working Conditions /h3 pOffice-based with occasional visits to supplier sites and assembly yards, client or project locations. /p h3Terms and Conditions /h3 pPermanent job. /p pAnnual Base Salary ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 EURO. /p pSmart Working 1 day per week. /p h3Equal Opportunity / EEO /h3 pThis position is open to all qualified candidates regardless of gender, age, nationality, or background, in full alignment with our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
