As a Beauty Advisor and a valued member of the Varese Belforte team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:
- Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets) adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.
- Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.
- Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, with trustful and open interaction, by collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.
- Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins, celebrating and crediting the team and individuals for successes.
- Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver client‐centric solutions, offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.
Qualifications:

- Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.
- High school diploma.
- Good knowledge of English.
