About the Role
TikTok Shop is redefining how people discover and buy products. In Italy, we're building the TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) ecosystem from the ground up: agencies and service providers that help merchants win on this platform. You'll be embedded in that build.
What you'll do
- Partner Business Development: Identify, qualify, and approach agencies and service providers that could join the TSP program. Own the pipeline from first contact to onboarding handoff.
- Ecosystem Operations: Keep the partner engine running — coordinate across internal teams and external partners to unblock execution, track program milestones, and ensure commitments land.
- Performance Intelligence & Reporting: Build and maintain the dashboards, trackers, and automated workflows that make partner performance visible. If it's repetitive, systematize it.
- Partner Cold Start: Work directly with newly onboarded TSPs to accelerate their first 90 days on TikTok Shop — setup, capability activation, first seller wins. xivgfpx
- Merchant Opportunity Scouting: Support partners in identifying e-commerce opportunities for their sellers: category analysis, assortment gaps, GMV potential assessment, benchmarking.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Genuine curiosity about discovery e-commerce and where commerce is going
- Bias for action and ownership — own decisions and act fast
- Comfortable with data & GenAI- savvy — you reach for a spreadsheet or a prompt to automate and take informed decisions
- Italian fluency — to communicate with local TSP partners, merchants, and stakeholders in the Italian market
- English working proficiency — for cross-team collaboration with global and regional teams
