ppbJob Title: /b Solution Architect / Software Engineer – Telco Cloud IT Solutions /p h3Role Summary /h3 pWe are seeking an experienced bSolution Architect / Software Engineer – Telco Cloud IT Solutions /b to join our Telco Media Consulting and Systems Integration practice. This role is ideal for a technology leader with strong telecommunications domain expertise and hands‑on experience in designing and delivering large‑scale OSS transformation programs. /p pYou will lead end‑to‑end solution architecture, software engineering, and system integration initiatives for Tier‑1 telecommunications operators, focusing on service provisioning, orchestration, activation, fulfillment, and cloud‑native OSS platforms. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, engineering teams, and delivery partners to design scalable, secure, and future‑ready solutions aligned with industry standards and best practices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Solution Architecture Technical Leadership /h3 ul liDefine end‑to‑end solution architectures for complex Telco OSS and cloud transformation programs. /li liDesign target architectures, integration patterns, deployment models, and data flows for distributed and cloud‑native environments. /li liLead architecture reviews, technical governance, and solution assurance activities. /li liEvaluate technologies and platforms to ensure scalability, security, resiliency, and operational efficiency. /li liEstablish architecture standards and implementation best practices. /li /ul h3Software Engineering System Integration /h3 ul liDesign and oversee development activities across service fulfillment, provisioning, activation, orchestration, and inventory management domains. /li liDrive adoption of microservices, API‑driven architectures, and event‑based integration patterns. /li liSupport delivery across hybrid cloud, private cloud, and Telco cloud environments. /li liEnsure compliance with software engineering standards, DevSecOps practices,



and CI/CD methodologies. /li liReview application designs and provide technical guidance throughout project lifecycles. /li /ul h3Delivery Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liAct as the primary technical advisor for customers, project teams, and delivery stakeholders. /li liFacilitate technical workshops, solution assessments, requirement refinement sessions, and design authority reviews. /li liCollaborate with global cross‑functional teams in Agile, SAFe, or turnkey delivery environments. /li liManage technical risks, dependencies, and integration challenges across multiple systems and vendors. /li liPromote modern engineering practices, automation frameworks, and cloud‑native technologies. /li liStay current with industry developments including TM Forum standards, ETSI NFV, 3GPP frameworks, and emerging OSS technologies. /li liMentor engineers and contribute to capability development and knowledge‑sharing initiatives. /li liSupport continuous improvement in architecture methodologies and delivery practices. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 h3Required /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field. /li liExtensive experience in Telecommunications OSS architecture, solution design, and system integration. /li liStrong understanding of Telco Cloud architectures, NFV/SDN concepts, and cloud‑native software engineering. /li liExperience working with Tier‑1 telecom operators and large‑scale transformation programs. /li liStrong stakeholder management and technical leadership experience.
