ppWe are looking for a Secondary Distribution Warehouse Coordinator to join our Secondary Distribution team Italy, based in Legnano (Milan). This role plays a key part in coordinating a network of external warehouse providers across Northern Italy, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, service, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with logistics service providers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. This role has a strong focus on performance management, KPI analysis and data-driven decision making. The successful candidate will transform operational data into actionable insights, identify improvement opportunities and support strategic decisions aimed at optimizing warehouse efficiency, service quality and cost performance. /ph3What you will do /h3ulliCoordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs) /liliEnsure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across and operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /liliDevelop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making /liliMonitor logistics performance through KPIs, business reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives /liliAnalyze KPIs and operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities /liliDrive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity /liliBuild strong relationships with logistics providers and participate in regular operational review meetings /liliCollaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other key stakeholders to optimize logistics processes /liliSupport compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and operational standards /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliDegree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience /liliAt least 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics,
