Elba Restaurant is looking for a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team. We’re seeking someone with a passion for mixology and hospitality who takes pride in crafting quality drinks and delivering an exceptional guest experience. While this is a full‑time position, we also welcome applicants looking for a seasonal opportunity during the summer months (May to September) with flexible hours, perfect opportunity for those who want to gain experience, enjoy the summer vibe, and be part of a dynamic team.
- Greeting guests, making recommendations, and taking beverage orders
- Preparing and serving alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages
- Creating and updating drink menus, and informing guests about new drinks and specials
- Upselling beverages and topping up drinks when appropriate, as guided by the supervisor or manager on duty
- Developing new and creative cocktail recipes
- Managing bar inventory and ordering supplies to ensure the bar remains well stocked
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming bar area
- Handling customer concerns professionally and resolving issues when they arise
- Processing payments accurately
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards
