The Team

The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.
The Position
Reporting directly to the Area Manager, the Sales Associate will be responsible for being a Brand Ambassador, accompanying and building customer loyalty throughout the sales process. We are looking for someone for September and October.
These are the main responsibilities:
- Manage the relationship with an international customer base, providing details about PVH Italia's product and values
- Use effective sales techniques so as to achieve set goals
- Promote the corporate culture and image by becoming a Brand Ambassador
- Contribute to creating a professional and motivating work climate
- Assist in the constant maintenance of Visual Merchandising standards
- Check stock on the sales floor, replacing it when necessary to ensure that the full range of products and sizes are present
