Working closely with the European Director of Legal and experienced colleagues across Europe, you'll support a variety of legal and commercial activities, helping business teams navigate contractual, compliance, and operational matters. /p pYou’ll gain hands-on exposure to: /p ul liCommercial contracts and customer agreements /li liTender and RFP processes /li liContract management and governance /li liData privacy and regulatory compliance /li liCross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Services, and Legal teams /li /ul h3Your Role /h3 pAs Legal Counsel, you will provide practical day-to-day legal support to teams across Europe, helping ensure contracts and business activities are managed effectively and in line with company policies. You'll assist with reviewing agreements, identifying potential risks, supporting compliance initiatives, and contributing to successful commercial outcomes. /p pAlong the way, you’ll develop your understanding of how legal advice supports business growth within a fast-paced technology organisation. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Commercial Contracts /h3 ul liReview, draft, and support the negotiation of customer, supplier, and partner agreements.

/li liAssist sales and services teams with contractual queries and commercial matters. /li liSupport the preparation and amendment of standard contract templates. /li liHelp identify legal and commercial risks and elevate matters when appropriate. /li liWork with Legal colleagues across Europe on more complex contractual matters. /li /ul h3RFP and Tender Support /h3 ul liSupport responses to customer RFPs, RFIs, and tender submissions. /li liCoordinate information from internal stakeholders to help prepare high-quality responses. /li liMaintain and update standard legal and compliance responses used in tender processes. /li liAssist with contract reviews associated with new business opportunities. /li /ul h3Compliance and Legal Operations /h3 ul liSupport contract management and governance processes. /li liHelp ensure contracts follow internal approval and documentation requirements. /li liAssist with compliance activities relating to areas such as data privacy, cybersecurity, and other applicable regulatory requirements. /li liContribute to the ongoing improvement of legal processes, templates, and knowledge resources. /li /ul h3Who We're Looking For /h3 h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liStrong written and verbal communication skills. /li liGood attention to detail and organisational skills. /li liAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. /li liA proactive approach and willingness to learn. /li liConfidence collaborating with colleagues from different functions and countries. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. /li liComfortable working in a dynamic, technology-focused business environment. /li liA positive and collaborative team mindset. /li /ul h3Experience Qualifications /h3 ul liQualified lawyer or legal professional with some experience in commercial law, either in private practice or an in-house environment. /li liExperience reviewing, drafting,
