ppbOpdenergy /bis a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 19 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,9 operational and + 0,7 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW. /ppOpdenergy is now looking for a bProcurement Specialist /b to manage procurement processes in Italy. /ph3What will you help with /h3ulliManage procurement processes for local services related to the construction, grid connection, and operation and maintenance of renewable energy plants. /liliIdentify, evaluate and develop relationships with qualified engineering service providers and technical suppliers. /liliUnderstand project requirements and translate them into appropriate procurement strategies and scopes of work. /liliPrepare and manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs, including the preparation of tender documentation and comparison of technical and commercial proposals. /liliCoordinate with internal stakeholders, particularly Engineering, Construction, Project Management and Development teams, to define technical and commercial requirements. /liliEvaluate and compare supplier proposals, coordinating the technical and commercial assessment with the relevant internal teams. /liliLead commercial negotiations with suppliers and support the selection of the most suitable providers based on cost, quality, technical capabilities, schedule and project requirements. /liliWork closely with the Legal Department and internal stakeholders on the preparation, negotiation and execution of contracts and service agreements.



/liliManage the supplier qualification and onboarding process, ensuring compliance with internal procurement procedures. /liliMonitor supplier performance, contractual conditions and delivery of services throughout the project execution phase. /liliEnsure compliance with procurement policies, procedures and applicable project requirements. /liliMonitor procurement costs, identify cost-saving opportunities and contribute to the optimization of project procurement. /liliMaintain updated information on suppliers, market conditions, costs and availability of engineering and technical services. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. /lili3+ years of experience in procurement/purchasing, preferably within the renewable energy, EPC, engineering or construction sectors. /liliIdeally 3 years of proven experience with SAP software. /liliPrevious experience purchasing or contracting engineering, technical or professional services related to the execution of renewable energy projects. /liliExcellent negotiating skills and understanding of key contractual terms. /liliWritten and spoken English proficiency.
