And if that’s you we would love to have you join us! /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliProvide daily technical support to production teams to resolve process and equipment issues. /liliSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing problems. /liliPerform time studies and work measurement analysis to establish and maintain labor standards. /liliAnalyze manufacturing routings, process flows, and work content to identify productivity improvement opportunities. /liliDevelop standard work instructions and manufacturing documentation. /liliMonitor production performance against established labor standards and identify corrective actions. /liliHelp implement process improvements focused on safety, quality, delivery, and productivity. /liliParticipate in Lean Manufacturing projects, including 5S, waste reduction, and continuous improvement projects. /liliCoordinate and support installation, validation, and maintenance of tools, fixtures, and equipment. /liliSupport new product introduction and manufacturing transfer activities. /liliCollaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure efficient operations. /liliTrain operators on new processes, and work instructions. /liliHelp maintain manufacturing master data, routings, and production documentation within ERP systems.
