Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with international teams to optimize passenger and freight communication workflows.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions using industry-standard CRM software.
Act as a brand ambassador for our transportation partners, upholding the highest standards of professional communication.
Stay updated on transportation industry policies to provide precise information to Italian-speaking commuters.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Professional proficiency in English for internal training and collaboration.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency in the transportation sector.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to service excellence.
Previous experience in customer support or the transportation industry is considered an asset.
