professional internship experience
, supported by a dedicated tutor, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to corporate governance and legal activities within regulated entities,
contributing to the proper functioning of internal governance processes and regulatory compliance.
What will you do during the internship?
* Support the organization and operational management of corporate governance activities within regulated entities, including preparation of board and committee meetings, agenda coordination, and pre/post-meeting documentation management
- Draft formal communications addressed to board members and corporate bodies in line with internal procedures and regulatory standards
- Support the preparation and collection of documentation required for regulatory submissions to Supervisory Authorities and other institutional stakeholders
- Conduct legal research and in-depth analysis on corporate law, banking law, and financial markets regulation to support the team in daily activities
- Interact with internal stakeholders on a daily basis to provide support on legal topics and contribute to the resolution of operational
