As Head of Buying - Beauty & Sunglasses, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction and driving the commercial success of our Beauty & Sunglasses category.
You will shape a compelling assortment across skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, and wellness, while building strong partnerships with key brands and suppliers. As a category leader, you will identify growth opportunities, optimize category performance, and lead a high-performing team to deliver a differentiated customer proposition and sustainable business growth.
Responsibilities
Define and execute the category strategy for Beauty & Sunglasses, aligned with overall business objectives and growth ambitions.
Own the commercial performance of the Beauty & Sunglasses category, including revenue, margin, assortment productivity, and inventory health.
Identify, onboard, and develop strategic relationships with leading beauty brands and suppliers.
Drive long-term category growth through assortment planning, trend forecasting, and customer-centric buying decisions.
