Senior Field Operations Engineer Position Summary The Senior Field Operations Engineer is responsible for leading the execution of complex industrial field projects worldwide, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The role combines technical expertise, field leadership and project execution.
The successful candidate will progressively become team leader of the field team coordinating field teams, mentoring junior engineers and driving continuous improvement of operational practices.
Key Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary field teams during execution of industrial projects.
Plan and coordinate field activities with customers and internal departments.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer procedures.
Supervise installation, commissioning, operation and troubleshooting of industrial process equipment
Perform and supervise mechanical assembly, electrical connections, instrumentation verification and system testing.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues under demanding field conditions.
Interface directly with customer operations, maintenance and engineering teams.
Prepare technical documentation and field reports.
Support equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Train, coach and mentor junior field personnel.
