We're looking for a Warehouse & Logistics Team Lead with strong operational experience to lead our warehouse and fleet operations in the city.
What You'll Own
- Warehouse Operations: oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, ensuring efficient workflows for vehicle maintenance, repair, and battery swapping
- Inventory Management: manage spare parts and battery inventory to ensure availability and optimal stock levels
- Team Leadership: manage, coach, and develop a team of Fleet Specialists through regular one-on-ones, performance reviews, and training
- Process & SOPs: implement and refine standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and service quality
- 3PL & Vendor Coordination: daily contact with 3PL partners and external vendors, ensuring adherence to agreed procedures
- Health & Safety: ensure full compliance with safety regulations,



mandatory training, and incident management processes
- Fleet Support: support van operations, including tracking device installation/removal

What You'll Need
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage inventory/stock levels
- Full Italian driving licence (occasional van driving required)
- Fluent English; comfortable with digital tools (MS Office, G Suite)

Job Conditions
- Salary: starting from €25,875 gross annual salary, depending on experience and alignment with the role requirements
- Contract: 12-month fixed-term
- Schedule: 5 days/7, day shift, weekly rotation (occasional weekends)
