This Italian Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist position in Bulgaria offers the perfect blend of analytical back-office support and high-energy interaction within the dynamic world of online entertainment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing backend administrative requests for a global portfolio of Gaming & Esports enthusiasts.
Ensuring compliance and security protocols are met within all gaming transactions and player account activities.
Providing high-level Italian language support for complex account inquiries and document verification processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to monitor platform integrity and enhance the overall gaming experience.
Analyzing technical system data to resolve account-related disputes or payout queries efficiently.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and gaming regulations to provide accurate, professional assistance.
Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
