Opportunity
We are looking for a HSE Specialist to join our Health, Safety & Environment Team.
In this role, you will contribute to ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, supporting the continuous improvement of workplace safety standards and fostering a strong safety culture across the organization.
Your responsibilities will be:
HSE Specialist & ASPP Activities: Coordinate prevention and protection activities, supporting the company in ensuring compliance with Legislative Decree 81/2008 and related regulations.
Documentation Management: Maintain and update HSE documentation, including risk assessments (DVR)
and other mandatory records.
Training Management: Coordinate mandatory HSE training programs in compliance with current legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008 and State-Regions Agreements), working closely with external partners for training delivery and periodic updates.
Health Surveillance Management: Support occupational health surveillance activities, collaborating with the Occupational Physician (Medico Competente) in planning and monitoring medical examinations.
Audits & Compliance Monitoring: Conduct internal audits and regular inspections to verify compliance with legal requirements, company procedures, and HSE management systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to promote and integrate safety best practices throughout the organization.
