Position: German-Speaking Customer Support Agent
Location: Athens, Greece - Piraeus
Work Model: Onsite
Working Hours: Rotational shifts, 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Languages: German - Fluent/Native + English B2+
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary & Benefits
€1,300-€1,400 gross/month x 14 salaries, depending on the project

Your Responsibilities
As a German-Speaking Customer Support Agent , you will:
Provide professional customer support in German via inbound phone, chat, and email
Assist customers with product and service inquiries
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
