Job Role
The Test Engineer has the responsibility to ensure the functionality, performance and reliability of the main engine components, through dedicated measurements directly on engine/vehicle and tests set up with different benches and instrumentations. Expert on data acquisition systems and related tools for measurements, he performs accordingly dedicated tests with on site available benches and test rigs that embrace different items ( structural / fatigue, vibrations, timing / auxiliary drive systems). He manages components field claims for proper analysis to help Design Responsible on finding the root cause, supporting production plants & suppliers giving fast feed-back on quality items.
