University degree (business or engineering preferred) 5+ years of experience in sourcing or category management Proactive and collaborative attitude with growth mindset Strong communication, analytical and project management skills Negotiation and contract management expertise Advanced skills with SAP Ariba, Apadua, Keelvar, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) and data-driven procurement Fluent English; other European languages are a plus Requisiti fondamentali
