Business Process & System Support - SKF Automotive Business Italy
This role is for you who are motivated to ensure business continuity and driving operational excellence in logistics across the EMEA region. Through proactive system and process support, standardization, and continuous improvement, you will play a key role in keeping logistics operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Here you will support both in-house and outsourced logistics operations, ensuring proper documentation, compliance, and robust daily execution. Acting as a central link, you will connect users, local operations,
and central system teams to translate operational needs into reliable, scalable solutions.

What you can expect in the role
System and Process Support
Coordinate between logistics users, local operations, and central logistics systems (e.g., WASS, DWM, WMS).
Ensure system availability and performance for logistics operations by coordinating problem analysis and user support.
Ensure robust daily operations through proper service coverage, training, and continuous maintenance and optimization of logistics systems aligned with operational workflows.
Translate business needs into IT requirements and implement system, process, and hardware-related improvements in close
