Job Summary
We are looking for an Italian Speaker Customer Service Representative to join our international support team. Key Responsibilities
Support Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or social media
Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, and billing
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently

Requirements
Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2 level)
English C1 level or higher
EU citizenship (mandatory)
Willingness to relocate within the European Union
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
