Eaton’s Electrical division is currently seeking a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer who will be responsible for managing and growing the OEM business across the provinces of Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia, and Bologna. As a Senior MOEM Sales Engineer, you will act as a strategic, quota-carrying commercial leader responsible for driving business growth by aligning customer objectives with high-value, tailored solutions. You will leverage deep industry knowledge and a consultative selling approach to clearly communicate the differentiated value of Eaton’s portfolio and demonstrate how our solutions enable customers to achieve faster, more efficient, and more sustainable outcomes. In this role, you will lead complex sales cycles and coordinate cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs. You will also champion the adoption of Eaton’s digital ecosystem (eCommerce platforms, customer portals, and digital tools), helping customers maximize value, improve their experience, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
A key part of your mission will be to identify and develop new growth opportunities within existing key accounts and prospective customers. You will contribute to shaping and executing go-to-market strategies, while supporting and mentoring external agencies to expand business through the channel.
We offer a competitive total rewards package based on applicable skills, knowledge and experience, and aligned with internal and external market practices. The annual salary range (included base salary and Sales Insentive Plan) for this role is EUR 55.200 – EUR 80.960 gross per year.
