Context
The nexT Program has been launched to support our future growth ambitions. This strategic transformation is based on the deployment of SAP S/4HANA and standardized global applications and technologies (infrastructure, site digitalization, AI, BI) to harmonize our global processes.
Beyond a digitalization program, nexT represents a deep, company‐wide transformation toward harmonization, rationalization, and efficiency. The design phase runs through February 2026, with full benefits expected by 2028 and rollout planned through 2030.
Position Overview
Based in Pioltello (ITA) or Nurnberg (DE) or Monchengladbach (DE), the position reports directly to the Transformation Program Director. The purpose of this junior PMO role is to support international rollout projects while being part of a structured talent development journey.
