Purpose of the position: As ServiceNow Junior Specialist, the trainee will join the Corporate IT – ServiceNow Solution Architectures and Projects area. The internship aims to provide practical experience on the ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Workplace Service Delivery (WSD), Now Mobile application and custom applications (No code/low code),
supporting the digitalization of internal services. The trainee will work in project management support, directly in close collaboration with the ServiceNow Demand Manager, contributing to demand analysis, coordination activities and delivery monitoring within the ServiceNow scope.
How can you support us? Support project management activities within the ServiceNow Demand area, including demand intake, task tracking and delivery coordination.
Support the coordination of external ServiceNow vendors, assisting in monitoring activities, deliverables and timelines under supervision.
Assist in operational and functional activities on ServiceNow modules.
Support Now Mobile initiatives, including testing, user experience validation and adoption activities.
Contribute to ServiceNow platform governance activities, including documentation, process alignment and support to governance forums.
